Many of our items are vintage or individually sourced.
Subtle variations, signs of age, or irregularities are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect or damage:

Once reviewed, we will provide a resolution, including a refund, exchange, or repair where applicable.
Return shipping for confirmed defects will be covered by Bijou Indochine.
