Bijou Indochine offers a curated selection of jewelry, vintage garments, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Many items are individually sourced and cannot be replicated or restocked.

Due to the nature of these pieces, variations in tone, texture, patina, finish, and structure may occur. Vintage items may show signs of age, wear, or irregularity. These characteristics are inherent to the item and are not considered defects, but rather part of their authenticity, history, and value.

3. Product Representation & Imagery

We take considerable care in presenting our products as accurately as possible. However, by using the Services, you acknowledge that variations may occur between on-screen representation and the physical product due to lighting conditions, device displays, photography techniques, and the nature of materials.

In order to maintain a consistent and elevated visual presentation, certain images may be enhanced or created using advanced imaging technologies, including AI-assisted tools. This may include adjustments to lighting, color balance, background composition, or editorial styling.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, product descriptions, or availability, and to cancel or refuse any order affected by such errors.

All products are subject to availability. Due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not guarantee restocking of any item.

5. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include circumstances involving suspected fraud, unauthorized or disputed payment, incorrect pricing, or unusual or excessive order activity.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Bijou Indochine does not store full payment card details on its servers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and title for the purchased items pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bijou Indochine is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bijou Indochine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined in that policy, including any final sale provisions.

9. Product Care & Wear

Due to the nature of jewelry, vintage garments, and delicate materials, proper care is required. Bijou Indochine is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, environmental conditions, or normal wear and aging.

Jewelry may naturally tarnish over time, and gemstones or natural materials may vary in color, clarity, or texture. These characteristics are not considered defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to photography, product styling, compositions, branding, logos, text, graphics, and AI-assisted or digitally composed imagery, is the exclusive property of Bijou Indochine.

This includes the overall visual presentation, creative direction, and aesthetic of the Services.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
